There are moments when we are invited to pause, reflect, and reconnect not only with ourselves, but with one another. This Women’s Month, DINAH Mission, in collaboration with DESTA, is creating one of those moments.

In the heart of Montreal, women will gather for an afternoon designed to nurture healing, inspire creativity, and foster meaningful connection. This event is more than just a workshop. It is a space intentionally created for women to feel supported, empowered, and seen.

In today’s fast paced world, it can be difficult to find environments that encourage vulnerability, reflection, and authentic connection. Many women carry responsibilities, expectations, and experiences that are rarely given the space to be expressed. This gathering seeks to gently create that space through art, conversation, and community.

The Power of Creativity and Healing

Creativity has long been recognized as a powerful tool for healing and self expression. Through guided art activities, participants will be invited to explore their thoughts and emotions in a way that feels natural and freeing. There is no pressure to be perfect and no expectation of artistic skill. Instead, the focus is on the process, on what is felt, discovered, and shared along the way.

This experience encourages women to reconnect with themselves through creativity while embracing healing in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Meaningful Conversations and Community

As the afternoon unfolds, the experience will move into a reflection circle where conversation becomes a bridge between individuals. Stories, perspectives, and insights will be shared in a supportive and respectful environment, allowing each participant to feel heard and valued.

These moments of dialogue often become the foundation for deeper connection and lasting community. Beyond the structured activities, there will also be time dedicated to connection and networking, where conversations continue organically and new relationships begin to form.
