Journaling takes place when one records their thoughts, opinions feelings and stores them in written or typed format. From the onset, it may seem like a difficult task to identify one’s thoughts and then place them coherently on a piece of paper. This process may deter a lot of people as it can sometimes feel uncomfortable and taxing on the mind and heart however it is a beneficial process for the mind-body and soul. It contains multiple positive effects that may very easily change the trajectory of a person’s mindset.
